Traditional Use
The word Chamomile stems from the Greeks, who referred the aroma to that of an apple, thus it was called kamai melon, meaning ground apple. The history of Chamomile is long and deep rooted in European folklore and tradition where it was commonly used to relieve all types of ailments arising from nervous dispositions, from insomnia to stomach complaints.

Therapeutic
For relief of premenstrual symptoms. Massage oil direct into stomach in clockwise direction. Alternatively, add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine then add mixture to bath. Use only as directed and consult a health care professional if pain or symptoms persist.
For relief of headaches, massage directly on temples.
To help relieve insomnia, nervous tension and stress. Massage direct onto pulse points. Alternatively, add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine then add mixture to bath; or add mixture to 1 litre of cold water for compress.
Skin and Hair Care
To relieve symptoms of eczema, dermatitis and treatment of acne boils and burns, massage direct onto affected area.
