Chamomile is highly regarded throughout its long history of 2000 years. The Saxons considered it a sacred herb and the Egyptians used the herb extensively. Chamomile has traditionally been used on children to dispel childhood miseries such as colic, nightmares and irritability. It was considered the 'plant physician' as it kept other plants around it healthy.

For temporary relief of headaches, massage direct onto temples.
To help relieve insomnia, nervous tension and stress, massage direct onto pressure points. Add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine, then add mixture to bath.
Skin and Hair Care
For relief of symptoms of eczema and treatment of acne, massage direct onto affected area.
Treatment of sunburn, massage direct; or add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine, then add mixture to bath.
For cuts, minor burns and abrasions massage direct onto affected area, add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine, then add mixture to 1 litre of warm water for compress.
