Traditional Use
Traditionally used as an insect repellent, Citronella has been used in many cultures for various ailments, from fevers to digestive complaints. The Chinese used Citronella to treat rheumatic pain.

Emotive
Uplifting and refreshing. Can relieve signs of "the blues".

Therapeutic
Temporary relief of symptoms of Cold and Flu. Add 6 drops to vapouriser; or 6 drops to bowl of steaming water, cover head with towel and inhale for 5 minutes.

Traditionally used to repel insects. Add 6 drops to 10ml base oil or base cream and massage body, or 6 drops to vapouriser.

Skin and Hair Care
As an antiseptic deodorant for areas with excessive perspiration. Add 6 drops to 10ml of base oil or base cream and massage over body.
