Traditional Use
Valued highly for its aroma with perfumers, Jasmine has long been used in China as a remedy for disorders of the liver, dysentery and tumors. Jasmine has also noted properties of treating catarrhal conditions, nervous and reproductive problems.

Known as the 'King of Flowers', Jasmine provides inspiration and order in chaos. Sensual and euphoric, opens the heart to love. Creates a relaxed optimistic open atmosphere.
Therapeutic
To help relieve mild anxiety, nervous tension and stress. Massage direct onto pressure points. Add 6 drops to bath.
Temporary relief of bronchial cough and the symptoms associated with laryngitis and catarrh. Massage direct onto chest. Alternatively add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine and add mixture to bath; or 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water, cover head with towel and inhale for 5 minutes. If cough persists, consult a health care professional.
Skin and Hair Care
Suitable for dry, mature, sensitive or inflamed skin. Massage direct onto affected area, or add 6 drops to 10ml of Vegetable Glycerine and add mixture to 1 litre of warm water for compress.
