Traditional Use
Lemongrass was utilised mainly in Indian medicine to treat infectious diseases and to relax the central nervous system. It was also used as an insect repellent and a remedy for fevers.

Revitalising and reviving pick-me-up to keep going and not give up. Gives and energetic and refreshing atmosphere. Gives confidence to step outside the square and believe that nothing is impossible.

Therapeutic
To relieve muscular aches and pains. Add 6 drops to base oil or cream and massage body, or add 6 drops to 1 litre of cold water for compress.

Skin & Hair Care
Treatment of tinea by topical application. Add 6 drops to 10ml base oil or base cream and apply; or add 6 drops to 10ml Vegetable Glycerine and add mixture to bath. If symptoms persist, seek advice of a health care professional.
