Melrose Fresh Flaxseed Oil is unrefined and cold pressed at less than 40ºC. The bottles are flushed with nitrogen prior to filling and immediately capped and placed an opaque carton. This prevents both photon decay and auto oxidation of the oil thereby retaunung its unique fresh pressed taste and integrity.
