International freight charges are calculated by the weight of items at the time of checkout. New Zealand orders are shipped at a Flat Rate Maximum Chage of $50, regardless of qty. International Freight charges will apply to 10th Monthly Bonus Order.
You can change pack size or delivery interval at any time by simply contacting us by phone or email up to 3 working days before dispatch. Email requests will be confirmed by return mail.
Your Buying Club membership can be cancelled at any time up to 3 working days before regular dispatch date. This can be done by email and will be confirmed by return mail.
If regular dispatch date falls on a weekend/public holiday your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
If signed for delivery every second month and you change to monthly delivery you will receive your 10th monthly delivery FREE!
Credit cards will not be charged until goods are ready for dispatch. Goods will only be dispatched when payment has been received. Any problems with processing credit cards will be notified by email.
