  Directions 

  Adults and children over 12 years - Take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning, with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Children under 12 years - Only as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

  Indications

  • PMS Balance may help to assist in the maintenance of a healthy menstrual cycle.
  • Vitex has been traditionally used for a variety of gynaecological conditions including irregularities of the menstrual cycle and for the relief of pre-menstrual complaints, including sore breasts, irritability, depressed mood, anger, headaches and constipation.
  • Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) has long been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Its common name Shatavari translates to she who possesses a hundred husbands, a reference to the herb's powerful rejuvenating effects on the female reproductive system.
  • Magnesium may assist in the relief of symptoms associated with PMS such as menstrual cramping and dysmenorrhoea. It is required for the production of energy and the healthy functioning of the nerves and muscles.
  • Vitamin B1 may assist in the relief of menstrual cramps/ dysmenorrhoea. It is important for healthy functioning of nerves and muscles and for the production of energy.
  • Vitamin B6 is important to the healthy functioning of the nervous system. It plays an important role in regulating mental processes and mood. It may assist in the relief of symptoms associated with PMS.
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

  Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree) fruit	1g
  and nutrients
  Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1)	100mg
  Pyridoxine hydrochloride	45mg
  equiv. pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 37.44mg
  Magnesium (as oxide-heavy)	200mg
  Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
