Directions

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root 1g
Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit 500mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb flowering and fruiting 750mg
Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) herb 750mg
and nutrient  
Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 41.4mg
