These carbohydrates assist in a more efficient transportation of Creatine into the muscle site.     • Use 5g, 4-6 times per day for 5-7 days to 'load'. Follow with 5g, 1-2 times per day for 4-6 weeks. Follow with 2-4 weeks 'rest' with no Creatine. Return to loading phase and start the cycle again after rest phase.
