- Tip for making the perfect brew:
- Grind the coffee beans to medium coarse grind
- Add 175 ml (6oz) of hot water off the boil to 2 teaspoonfuls (8gm) of ground coffee.
- Stir and allow the coffee to stand for 4 minutes. Sieve or plunge and serve.
