Turmeric, whilst a popular inclusion in Indian cooking, is considered one of the major herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. It is native to south Asia, especially India. The main active principle of Turmeric is Curcumin. It exerts anti-inflammatory, antioxidative and hepatoprotective effects. Part used is the rhizome. (Standardised to 500mg Curcuminoids)

Therapeutic Use
May assist in the relief of the pain and swelling of inflamed joints. Also has antioxidant properties.

Each `Preservative Free` capsule contains Curcumin 526mg
 
Dosage
For Adults: Take one to two capsules twice daily with water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
