This formula contains herbs that can help to relieve the discomfort associated with pain and to calm the nerves. These herbs work synergistically to promote restful sleep.

• White Willow Bark contains salicylates, including salicin that was originally used as a precursor to aspirin’s salicylic acid. This constituent contributes to the herb’s properties as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory.
• Black Cohosh is most well known as a herb for the female reproductive system, however it has been found to have other useful properties as well, including being sedative and a nervine.
• Capsicum is considered a stimulant and tonic. Its inclusion in this formula is to assist the flow of blood and nutrients through the body.
• Valerian is considered a sedative and relaxant. It is one of the most widely known of the sedatives, and can help to relax the muscles and assist the nervous system to take time out and relax.
• Ginger is often used as an adjunct in the relief of inflammatory conditions. It assists the movement of blood flow to the periphery.
• Hops is a sedative and is often used for restlessness and to assist sleep.
• Wood Betony is a relaxant and tonic to the nervous system, providing support.
• Devil’s Claw contains anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, making it useful to relieve joint pain. It also displays sedative properties, helping to calm the nervous system.

Dosage
For adults: take two capsules with one glass (250mL) of water and a meal three times daily, or four capsules before retiring.
