• Feverfew is best known for its help in relieving headaches. It has also been found to have relaxant properties.
• Marshmallow is a demulcent that can help to relieve irritation of the gastrointestinal tract.
• Hops displays sedative and calming properties that can be of assistance in relieving restlessness, anxiety and sleeplessness.

Dosage
For adults: take two to four capsules three times daily.
