- Zizyphus is a Traditional Chinese Herb that has been found to have sedative and hypnotic properties. It has traditionally been used for the relief of sleeplessness, irritability, anxiety and nervous exhaustion.
- Hops has a long history of use in the process of brewing beer, as well as in herbal medicine. It is the sedative properties that are put to good use in this formula to help calm and support the nervous system.
- Schizandra has also been typically used in Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine. It has a number of properties, including being a nervine tonic.

Dosage
For adults: take one to two tablets daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
