Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 440mg - 100 Caps

Valerian is most well known for its sedative properties, and particularly for conditions of nervous unrest and stress. It is used to relieve sleeplessness, particularly when associated with nervous conditions. In addition Valerian displays anti-spasmodic and carminative properties and can also be used for the relief of spasms in the digestive system.

Therapeutic Use
A traditional “calming” herb for the relief of insomnia. May also assist in relieving mild stomach upsets associated with nervous tension.

Active Ingredient
Each ‘preservative free’ capsules contains 440mg of Valeriana officinalis root powder.

Dosage
For adults: for insomnia, take two to four capsules before retiring.
For stomach upsets, take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
