Uva Ursi (Arctostaphylos uva ursi) 440mg - 100 Caps

Uva Ursi has a history of use for its diuretic properties. It was initially used by cultures such as the Chinese and Native Americans, but was largely ignored by Western Herbalists until the 13 th century. In the west it was made popular by Marco Polo, who recorded it in his travelogue.

In Western Herbal Medicine Uva Ursi is used for the urinary system. In addition to its diuretic properties it also exhibits astringent properties. It has been found to be useful to relieve inflammation of the lower urinary tract.

Active Ingredient
Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 440mg of Arctostaphylos uva-ursi leaf powder.

Dosage
For adults: take three capsules with a meal three times daily.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
