Specifications:

• DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Mix 85g (6 heaped tablespoons) with 400 – 500ml of milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy) or water as desired. Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. For best mixing, use a shaker or electric blender.
• Teenagers, women and smaller athletes are recommended to use 65g (4 heaped tablespoons) with 300 – 400ml of liquid.
• Excellent for Hard Gainers, when taken 2-3 times a day IN ADDITION to regular meals.  Best times for use are before and after training and between regular meals.
• FORMULATED SUPPLEMENTARY SPORTS FOOD - Not to be used as a sole source of nutrition.  This food should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and a suitable physical training or exercise program.
