  DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Mix 70g (2 ½ SCOOPS) with 400 – 500ml of milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy) or water as desired.
  Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency.
  
  Teenagers, women and smaller athletes are recommended to use 50g (2 SCOOPS) with 300 – 400ml of liquid.
  
  For best mixing, use a shaker or electric blender.
  
  REDBAK STACKED PROTEIN is best taken 2 times daily, especially before and after training or as a quick mid morning or mid afternoon meal on the run.
