At the end of the day I used to just lay down and take it easy however when I first started taking Star Stuff I noticed I had a lot more energy and motivation to do things. Plus I find when I do go to bed, I have a great nights sleep.

I was already taking Liquid Life ESF but I feel that by adding Star Stuff it was the ‘turn of the screw that got me in sync’…..and for what it’s worth it definitely puts a bit of lead in the pencil!

So that’s my routine….Liquid Life and Star Stuff….that’s what works for me!

Now I have got my friends taking it and they are grateful. I have a friend who is 43 years old and just decided to go back and train for nursing. Long hours plus a one hour drive each way. She tells me she just couldn’t do it without these supplements.

My mother is 75 and she refuses to take it! She thinks it’s a drug. Says it keeps her going all day. Makes her want to get up and mow the lawn and she would rather have a nap!
