I am 58 years old and still work very physically. Over the last couple of years I have been waking up 5 out of 7 nights with cramps, sometimes very severe ones, in my legs, toes and feet. During the day I have also been getting cramps in my hands.
I am not one that takes a lot of supplements as I try and live healthily and eat the right foods but thought I would try OxyMin® CalM to see if it would help. I take a heaped teaspoon in water at night before I go to bed and since taking CalM, I don’t get any cramps at all, during the day or night. The only time I even get a twinge is if I forget to take CalM for a day or so, but as soon as I take it again I have no more trouble.
That stuff certainly works!!
