It blends beautifully with the loose mineral foundation powders to create the perfect long-lasting matte foundation. Application . To prime face for long-lasting oil control, apply rice powder with sponge or brush over desired areas, then apply foundation. . To reduce appearance of large pores, apply with cosmetics sponge before makeup application. Stipple and roll sponge to set the product. To achieve matte finish when using the Natural Mineral Loose Foundation, blend 2 parts foundation with 1 part rice powder. Apply with brush for shine free coverage.
