Organic Minerals
Two types of minerals can be found in nutritional supplements on the market - organic and inorganic. Organic minerals are contained in living things such as red meat and dairy food. The organic minerals in Space formulations are created by a process in which the mineral attaches to a plant-based protein forming a compound known as amino acid chelate. This amino acid helps the mineral to be absorbed into the bloodstream very easily, in the same way that our body naturally absorbs minerals from the foods we eat. Unlike the inorganic minerals (such as ferrcus fumerata), organic minerals contained in Space will not cause intestinal disturbances such as cramping pains and constipation.
Natural Vitamins
Space contains a wide range of vitamins extracted from natural sources. Only two multivitamins are authorised by the TGA to advertise this "natural" attribute with Space being one of them. Although more recently, natural vitamins are absorbed much more easily into the bloodstream - the natural form of Vitamin E has twice the bioavailability of the synthetic form.
