It blends beautifully with the loose mineral foundation powders to create the perfect long-lasting matte foundation. Application . To prime face for long-lasting oil control, apply rice powder with sponge or brush over desired areas, then apply foundation. . To reduce appearance of large pores, apply with cosmetics sponge before makeup application. Stipple and roll sponge to set the product. . To achieve matte finish when using the Natural Mineral Loose Foundation, blend 2 parts foundation with 1 part rice powder. Apply with brush for shine free coverage.
