MORNING KICKSTART
This breakfast rev-up is cleansing, warming, easy and delicious! Cut a yellow grapefruit in half (on the horizontal) and place on baking tray. Sprinkle each half with a heaped Tablespoon of COCONUT PALM SUGAR (more or less to taste).
Place in oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 mins max – but watch it to prevent burning! When sugar melts and grapefruit is warm right thru, remove and tuck in !!
