Shipping within Australia

Australian orders are generally shipped by  regular Parcel Post service which is cost-effective and reliable, delivering parcels in 2 or more business days. Shipping times vary according to location.

This option provides a Signature on Delivery once the item has been delivered. This article can be signed for by anyone in the household/business and proof of signature can be provided on request.

Express Post/ Express Courier Australia
Express Post/Express Courier is available within Australia Only - charged as a surcharge according to weight. on standard shipping rates (if applicable). Where goods are sent freight free only the nominal surcharge will apply. Express Post offers next business delivery between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only). In each State an additional next business day delivery network is available between a number of places and for other areas the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis. Note: We may sometimes elect to send your parcel with Courier if this is deemed to be a better delivery option for you or to meet our contractual requirements with certain courier services. However the only way to guarantee Express Post/Courier service is to select it at the time of checkout.

A note re: Australian GST

Prices displayed on this site in the product page are displayed including GST.

Australian Goods and Services Tax of 10% is applicable to all orders shipped within Australia only, unless product is ruled as GST exempt, ie. certain foods, teas, SPF lotions. 

Our site is used by people all over the world and GST does not apply to orders shipped internationally. If you are located in Australia and request the order to be shipped overseas, GST will not be added to your order. Our secure shopping centre recognises shipping address locations and automatically adds GST to Australian orders only when proceeding through the checkout.

This means you will receive Free Freight or 10% discount and pay standard freight – if this works out better for you!
Freight will only be charged where Preferred Customer (PC) Discount is greater than standard shipping charges, in which case your PC Discount will be applied and shipping will be charged as per table below. 

Note: Preferred Customer Discounts do not appear on our online shopping facility as this is not possible with so many other discount options however if applicable your discount will be applied before charging and shipping. You will never pay more than the confirmed total of your order online.

Express Post Surcharge

International Shipping

International orders are generally shipped by Air Mail with Australia Post, unless the Express Courier International option is selected. See below for more info.

Freight charges are calculated according to weight of the items as you proceed through the checkout.

For our neighbours in New Zealand: 
Freight will be calculated as above, to a maximum of $150AUD.
The Flat Rate of $100 will be the best option for all orders over 15kg.
This option is put in place to assist our dedicated HealthWise® Goji Club members.

Registered Post International

Our Registered Post International option provides extra security for letters, documents and merchandise up to 2kg, with a signature on delivery. Delivery is 2 to 10 business days with tracking available. Maximum weight for this service is 2kg.

Express Couriers International
This service offers reliable door-to-door delivery to over 190 countries and territories within 2 to 4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. This service includes Online Tracking of your package in transit. Consignment details will be advised as soon as goods are dispatched.
