As an expectorant it can be of assistance in mild lung congestion, and to assist in easing chronic coughs. Due to its tonic effects it can help assist digestion when taken approximately 20 minutes before food. In addition to these its nutritive qualities make it a good addition when there is debility and convalescence in which digestion and nutrition are poor.

This traditional herb has expectorant and soothing properties to help relieve temporary coughs. It also has galactogogue properties and may assist in stimulating the production of breast milk in nursing mothers.

Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 529mg of Trigonella foenum-graecum seed powder.
Dosage
For adults only: take two capsules with a meal three times daily.
